ZADONASE tablet is a combination of two medications. fexofenadine hcl is an antihistamine agent that works by blocking histamine's actions, which is responsible for causing symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
montelukast sodium is a leukotriene receptor antagonistic agent that works by blocking leukotriene's actions, which is responsible for causing swelling of the nose and airways. thus, this medication helps to treat allergic symptoms.

If you miss a dose, take ZADONASE as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• ZADONASE tablet is an antihistamine & leukotriene receptor antagonistic agent used to treat allergic symptoms • it can be taken with or without food • inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications • avoid tasks that require concentrations as this medication may alter alertness • avoid taking alcohol while taking this medication as it may increase sleepiness • take this medication as prescribed by your doctor • don’t stop this medication unless told by your doctor • drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication as it may cause dehydration.
