iropil Tablet 30's is a combination of three drugs, namely: Dolutegravir (integrase inhibitor), Lamivudine (nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor), and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor).
Dolutegravir increases the immune cells that help fight infections in the body and decreases the amount of HIV in the blood.
Lamivudine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate work by interfering with the working of nucleotide and nucleoside reverse transcriptase enzymes which are necessary for the reproduction of the virus.
