VALPROL-CR tablet is an anticonvulsant used to treat epilepsy/seizures/fits. it works by decreasing the electrical activity in the brain as well as increasing a chemical substance called gaba, which helps in providing a calming effect and suppressing seizure activity.

If you miss a dose, take VALPROL-CR as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• VALPROL-CR needs to be taken at the same time every day to maintain constant levels in the blood • this medication might cause weight gain. keep monitoring your weight • inform your doctor if you have a fever, stomach pain, nausea or yellowing of your eyes or skin.
