Tropan tablet is an antimuscarinic. It acts as a competitive antagonist of acetylcholine at postganglionic muscarinic receptors, relaxing the urinary bladder muscles and preventing frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination..

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• Tropan tablet treats symptoms of an overactive bladder by lowering the urge to urinate and controlling urination • Avoid alcohol consumption, caffeine, and carbonated drinks as they can worsen your symptoms • It may cause dizziness and blurring of vision.
