Contraindicated
• Tenvir + Cobicistat: Concurrent administration may increase the levels of each other, resulting in toxicity.
• Tenvir + Streptozocin: Concurrent administration may increase ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity.

• Tenvir + Dabigatran: Tenvir decreases the level or effect of dabigatran by p-glycoprotein efflux transporter.
• Tenvir + Sotorasib: Sotorasib decreases the level or effect of tenvir by p-glycoprotein efflux transporter.
Monitor closely
• Tenvir + Amikacin: Amikacin increases the level or effect of tenvir by decreasing elimination.
Concurrent administration may result in ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity.
• Tenvir + Celecoxib: Concurrent administration either increases the level of each other by decreasing elimination.
Minor
• Tenvir + Paromomycin: Concurrent administration may increase ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity..
