Bacterial infections are prone to worsen if the infection is covered with a dressing after using tenovate ointment. If the inflammatory lesions get infected, or there is any spread of infection, consult your doctor immediately. The doctor will withdraw the use of tenovate ointment and provide appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
