• telmisartan + aspirin: concurrent use may reduce the effect of telmisartan and also increase the risk of kidney problems • telmisartan + bromocriptine: concurrent use may decrease the antihypertensive activities of telmisartan • hydrochlorothiazide + aceclofenac: concurrent use may reduce the therapeutic efficacy of hydrochlorothiazide • hydrochlorothiazide + betamethasone: concurrent use may lead to increased risk of electrolyte imbalance.
