Driving: AMLODIPINE, chlorthalidone, telmisartan tablet may decrease alertness, affects vision and may cause dizziness and sleep. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Alcohol: Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this tablet. Kidney: AMLODIPINE, chlorthalidone, telmisartan tablet should be used in caution with patients suffering from kidney disease.
