Telma-NB Tablet is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Telma-NB Tablet is a combination of two medicines that helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It also helps to reduce chances of any future heart attack and stroke. It is advised to take Telma-NB Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood.

Telma-NB Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Nebivolol and Telmisartan.
Nebivolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure.
Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB).
It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels.
Together they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
