• montelukast sodium + carbamazepine: carbamazepine will decrease the levels of montelukast sodium by affecting hepatic or intestinal enzyme cyp3a4 metabolism.
• montelukast sodium + gemfibrozil: gemfibrozil will increase the level or effect of montelukast by decreasing its metabolism..
