Nsaids may diminish the antihypertensive effect of ace inhibitors • Setolac + Zidovudine: Concurrent use of these drugs results in an increased risk of haematological toxicity • Setolac + Prednisolone: Concurrent use of these drugs either increases the toxicity of the other by pharmacodynamic synergism.
