Pansec l capsules are used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd), gastritis & used to treat the symptoms like acidities such as heartburn, stomach pain, or gastric irritation, also neutralize the acid and allows easy passage of gases, reduce the stomach discomfort. This medication may cause some side effects such as stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, nausea, and flatulence.
