Liver: These tablets should be used in caution with patients suffering from liver disease.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible.
If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily.
Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..
• Consume plenty of water and keep yourself well-hydrated while on medication • Alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may increase dizziness and risk of stomach bleeding • Inform your doctor if you have peptic ulcers or inflammatory bowel disease • Keep track of your body temperature. If you do not see any improvement, inform your doctor.
Contraindicated
• Mefenamic acid + Ketorolac: Concurrent may have enhanced gastrointestinal adverse effects peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation
Major
• Mefenamic acid + Abciximab: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of bleeding.
• Mefenamic acid + Aceclofenac: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of bleeding.
• Paracetamol + Imatinib: Concurrent may result in increased paracetamol levels.
• Paracetamol + Isoniazid: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of hepatotoxicity..
