Pregnancy: Consult your doctor before taking this medication. Driving: Mefenamic acid and paracetamol tablets may cause dizziness.
Avoid driving if you have this symptom. Alcohol: Avoid alcohol consumption while taking mefenamic acid and paracetamol tablets as it may increase dizziness and the risk of stomach bleeding. Liver: These tablets should be used in caution with patients suffering from liver disease.
You may require dosage adjustment and regular monitoring of liver function. Seek doctor advice before using this medication.
Kidney: These tablets should be used in caution with patients suffering from kidney disease. You may require dosage adjustment and regular monitoring of kidney function.

Pacimol mf tablets are used to treat pain, inflammation, migraine headache, period pain, heavy bleeding during periods, muscle pain, tooth & joint pain, pain after surgery, ear pain, fever, flu, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. This medication works by inhibiting chemical messengers called prostaglandins which are responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling).

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• Consume plenty of water and keep yourself well-hydrated while on medication • Alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may increase dizziness and risk of stomach bleeding • Inform your doctor if you have peptic ulcers or inflammatory bowel disease • Keep track of your body temperature. If you do not see any improvement, inform your doctor.

Contraindicated • Mefenamic acid + Ketorolac: Concurrent may have enhanced gastrointestinal adverse effects peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation Major • Mefenamic acid + Abciximab: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of bleeding. • Mefenamic acid + Aceclofenac: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of bleeding.
• Paracetamol + Imatinib: Concurrent may result in increased paracetamol levels. • Paracetamol + Isoniazid: Concurrent may result in an increased risk of hepatotoxicity..
