Contraindicated • Ofloxacin + Bcg vaccine live: Ofloxacin decreases effects of bcg vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism • Ofloxacin + Typhoid vaccine live: Ofloxacin decreases effects of typhoid vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism serious • Ofloxacin + Aluminium hydroxide: Aluminium hydroxide decreases levels of ofloxacin by inhibition of gi absorption • Ofloxacin + Indapamide: Concurrent use of these medication increases qtc interval • Ofloxacin + Cholera vaccine: Do not administer cholera vaccine to patients who have received oral or parenteral antibiotics within 14 days before vaccination.
