MOMATE S is a corticosteroid medication. it reduces the redness of the skin, inflammation, swelling and itchiness by blocking certain chemicals like prostaglandins.
salicylic acid works by softening keratin, a protein found in the skin. it may loosen the dry, scaly skin caused by eczema.
it may also slow down the shedding of skin cells in follicles, reducing clogged pores and acne breakouts..

If you miss to apply MOMATE S ointment, do it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of next application then skip the missed dose. Take the next dose at on your regular time.
Don't double the dose to catch up missed dose..

• MOMATE S medication is used to treat the redness, swelling, itching & discomfort of various skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis • apply this medication on the affected areas as a thin film 2 - 3 times daily, or as advised by your doctor • don't cover the affected area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects • wash your hands after ointment application unless your hands are in the treated area • to avoid skin dryness, use a mild moisturizer regularly during treatment.
