Pregnancy: Menabol tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice, as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects on the developing baby.
Driving: It is not known whether the menabol tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate.
Alcohol: It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with a menabol tablet. Please consult your doctor.
Kidney: There is limited information available on the use of menabol tablets in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver: There is limited information available on the use of menabol tablets in patients with liver disease. Better not to use in severe liver impairment.

Menabol tablet reduces the release of a chemical called bradykinin that is responsible for causing breakdown and leakage of blood vessels. This damage to blood vessels leads to sudden accumulation of fluids below the skin causing swelling (edema) as well as redness.
Menabol tablet blocks the action of bradykinin and used to treats angioedema.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

• Tell your doctor if you are allergic to menabol tablet • Menabol tablet is not recommended for pre-menopausal women and children • In females, this drug is prescribed after menopause for the treatment of osteoporosis in women • Women has to inform the doctor if you develop male characteristics such as hoarseness, increased hair growth, acne and increased sex drive • Menabol tablet is known to cause birth defects in an unborn baby • Do not take this medication if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant during the treatment • Please consult the doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking menabol tablet • Elderly should use menabol tablet with caution due to the high risk of side effects • If you have kidney, liver or heart problems, high cholesterol level in blood, diabetes, blood disorders inform your doctor before taking menabol tablet • If you have prostate cancer, breast cancer, high level of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia) inform your doctor before taking menabol tablet .

• Menabol + Acarbose: Concurrent use may leads to increased hypoglycemic activity of acarbose • Menabol + Acenocoumarol: Concurrent use may leads to increased anticoagulant effects of acenocoumarol • Menabol + Beclomethasone dipropionate: Concurrent use may leads to increased severity or risk of the fluid retention • Menabol + Hydrocortisone: Concurrent use may leads to increased severity or risk of the fluid retention • Menabol + Dantrolene: Concurrent use may leads to increased therapeutic efficacy of dantrolene • Menabol + Heparin: Concurrent use may leads to increased therapeutic efficacy of heparin • Menabol + Phenytoin: Concurrent use may leads to increased therapeutic efficacy of phenytoin .
