If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible.

• Lupibose + Ethyl estradiol: Lupibose will decrease the level or effect of ethyl estradiol by affecting hepatic or intestinal enzyme cyp3a4 metabolism resulting in decreased efficacy of hormonal contraceptives.
• Lupibose + Simvastatin: Lupibose will decrease the level or effect of simvastatin by affecting hepatic or intestinal enzyme cyp3a4 metabolism.
• Lupibose + Cyclosporine: Cyclosporine will increase the level of lupibose by pharmacodynamic antagonism.
• Lupibose + Glyburide: Either increases toxicity of the other by decreasing their metabolism.
Co-administration can result in the risk of elevated liver enzymes..
