Contraindicated: • Itaspor + Alfuzosin: Concurrent use may result in an increased alfuzosin exposure • Itaspor + Cisapride: Concurrent use may result in increased plasma concentrations of cisapride • Itaspor + Fluconazole: Concurrent use may result in an increased risk of qt-interval prolongation • Itaspor + Lovastatin: Concurrent use may result in an increased risk of myopathy or rhabdomyolysis • Itaspor + Tolvaptan: Concurrent use may result in increased tolvaptan plasma concentrations.
