• propranolol hydrochloride + diltiazem: concurrent use of propranolol hydrochloride and diltiazem leads to an increased risk of hypotension, bradycardia, av conduction disturbances.

• propranolol hydrochloride + carbamazepine: concurrent use leads to a decrease in propranolol hydrochloride levels by increasing carbamazepine.

• propranolol hydrochloride + colestipol: concurrent use leads to an increase in colestipol levels by decreasing propranolol hydrochloride.
