If you miss a dose, Take it as soon as possible.
If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily.
Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

contraindicated • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + ketorolac: concurrent use leads to enhanced gastrointestinal adverse effects serious • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + abciximab: concurrent use leads to increase in risk of bleeding • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + amiloride: concurrent use leads to increase in risk of renal toxicity and hyperkalemia because of decreased renal prostaglandin synthesis, monitor patient for serum potassium levels • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + amitriptyline: concurrent use leads to increased risk of bleeding, including intracranial hemorrhage, monitor the patients for signs of bleeding monitor closely • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + acebutolol: concurrent use leads to decreased efficacy of acebutolol because of decresed production of renal prostaglandin • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + amiodarone: concurrent use leads to increases the effect of diclofenac by inhibiting metabolism of diclofenac • (diclofenac sodium + thiocolchicoside) + benazepril: concurrent use leads to decrease in the antihypertensive and natriuretic effect of benzepril and also may lead to renal failure.
