DEREK L capsule is a combination of two medicines: rabeprazole and levosulpiride. rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (ppi); It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, which helps to relieve acid-related indigestion and ulcers.
Levosulpiride is a prokinetic that works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This results increase in movement of the stomach & intestines and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe)..

If you miss a dose, Take it as soon as possible. If It is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

contraindicated • rabeprazole + rilpivirine: concomitant use may lead to reduced rilpivirine plasma concentrations and risk of diminished therapeutic effect of rilpivirine major • rabeprazole + acalabrutinib: concomitant use may lead to reduced acalabrutinib exposure • rabeprazole + amphetamine: concomitant use may lead to increased exposure to amphetamine • rabeprazole + atazanavir: concomitant use may lead to decreased atazanavir exposure and reduced efficacy and development of resistance • rabeprazole + clopidogrel: concomitant use may lead to reduced antiplatelet activity • rabeprazole + dasatinib: concomitant use may lead to decreased dasatinib concentration.
