Contraindicated • Chymoral + Ketorolac: Coadministration of these drugs either increases toxicity of the other by pharmacodynamic synergism Serious • Chymoral + Aspirin: Concomitant use of diclofenac and aspirin is not generally recommended because of the potential of increased adverse effects including increased gi bleeding • Chymoral + Captopril: Coadministration of these drugs may result in a significant decrease in renal function. Nsaids may diminish the antihypertensive effect of ace inhibitors • Chymoral + Antithrombin iii: Coadministration of these drugs increases anticoagulation.
