• Bosentas + Simvastatin: Bosentas will decrease the level or effect of simvastatin by affecting hepatic or intestinal enzyme cyp3a4 metabolism.
• Bosentas + Cyclosporine: Cyclosporine will increase the level of bosentas by pharmacodynamic antagonism.
• Bosentas + Glyburide: Either increases toxicity of the other by decreasing their metabolism.
