If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible.
If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.

• Amlip + Abametapir/ceritinib/clarithromycin: Concurrent use of these medications may result in increased exposure of amlip.
• Amlip + Atazanavir: Concurrent use of these medications may increase amlodipine concentration and increase cardiotoxicity risk.
• Amlip + Cyclosporine: Concurrent use of these medications may result in an increased risk of cyclosporine toxicity.
• Amlip + Dantrolene: Concurrent use of these medications may result in severe hyperkalemia with cardiovascular collapse.
• Amlip + Digoxin: Concurrent use of these medications may increase the risk of complete heart block.
• Amlip + Epirubin: Concurrent use of these medications may increase heart failure risk.
• Amlip + Lacosamide: Concurrent use of these medications may result in an increased risk of pr interval prolongation, av block, bradycardia and ventricular tachyarrhythmia.
