Studies have shown that this medicine has no risk for the baby. Pregnancy: It is unsafe in pregnancy. Limited studies have shown that it has adverse effects on the developing baby. Driving: It is unknown whether it alters the ability to drive while taking this medication.
Do not drive if you experience any symptoms. Alcohol: Advise caution while consuming alcohol while taking pantoprazole sodium injection. It makes your stomach produce excessive acid and can worsen your symptoms. Liver: Pantoprazole sodium injection should be used in caution with liver patients suffering from liver disease.
You may require a dose adjustment and regular monitoring of liver function. Seek doctor advice before using this medication.
