pamorelin-la is a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (lhrh) agonist indicated for the palliative treatment of advanced prostate cancer and premature puberty. it works by decreasing levels of sex hormones such as luteinizing hormone (lh) and follicle stimulating hormone (fsh), resulting in lowering of steroidogenesis, resulting in reduced levels of testosterone in males and estrogen in females.
pregnancy lactating mothers hypersensitive to pamorelin-la or any other gnrh analogs hyperprolactinemic drugs qt prolongating drugs.
