Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Alcohol: It is safe to consume alcohol with ciprofloxacin HCL injection. Liver: It is safe to use in patients with liver disease. Kidney: Ciprofloxacin HCL injection should be used in caution with patients suffering from kidney disease. You may require a dose adjustment.
