B-cin works by killing the infection causing microorganisms by stopping the action of the dna gyrase enzyme, which is essential for bacterial replication..

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.
Take the prescribed dose on your regular time daily. Don't double the dose to catch up with the missed dose..

•The doctor prescribes a b-cin tablet to cure your infection and prevent its complications. •Do not skip the medicine and stop the course of treatment even if you feel better.
•Discontinue the b-cin tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you find any allergic reactions like rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing and severe muscle weakness •Inform your doctor if diarrhoea persists or if you find blood in your stools. •Inform your doctor about your status of pregnancy or planning to conceive and if you had any kidney and liver diseases .

B-cin + Rasagiline: Concurrent use of both drugs had to be avoided.
