• amoxycillin + potassium clavulanate + bcg vaccine live: amoxycillin decreases effects of bcg vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism
• amoxycillin + potassium clavulanate + typhoid vaccine live: amoxycillin decreases effects of typhoid vaccine live by pharmacodynamic antagonism
serious
• amoxycillin + potassium clavulanate + methotrexate: penicillins may reduce the excretion of methotrexate causing a potential increase in toxicity
• amoxycillin + potassium clavulanate + probenecid: probenecid decreases the renal tubular secretion of amoxicillin.
concomitant use of probenecid may result in increased and prolonged blood levels of amoxicillin but not of clavulanic acid
• amoxycillin + potassium clavulanate + warfarin: amoxycillin increases effects of warfarin by the anticoagulant effect of vitamin-k antagonists
